Contest entry constitutes an agreement by the submitting designers to grant free license of all copyrights of the submitted works to ZXL Music Inc. and the Christina Grimmie Foundation in perpetuity, for publicity and promotional purposes. All finalists will be subject to approval by ZXL Music Inc. and the Christina Grimmie Foundation prior to public voting.
