Conflicts of Interest
Federal guidelines prohibit the distribution of funds when there are conflicts of interest or impartiality. Because the MLKCIA Grant Funds are federally distributed ARPA funds, we must document and address potential conflicts accordingly.
If you are certain there is a conflict of interest with this applicant, then you are not to participate in any discussion or debate on this application.
