There will be no refunds. We take pride in our time and work, therefore monetary refunds are uunavailable. color adjustments are available upon approval of the stylist.
All clients must fill out a consent form + a new client intake form. This will be available via the email provided upon booking the appointment and paying deposits.
Stylist have the right to refuse services that they are not comfortable performing.
A card must be held on file for every client.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling all or portions of a set appointment, this must be made within 72hrs of the appointment. ALL appointment adjustments made after a 72hr period will be charged in full to the card on file.
No shows will be charged 100% of the expected service cost.
Last minute rescheduling is available, but will result in 50% payment of the original service, this will not apply to the rescheduled date.
