Please read the following carefully and click "I agree & understand" below to state your agreement to these terms.
- A program tuition fee of $2950 CDN (plus 5% GST) is due upon acceptance into the program, no later than June 30, 2026. The fee is non-refundable. We highly encourage all applicants to prepare to reach out to their provincial and film agencies to help cover your expenses. A letter of support may be provided upon acceptance into the Lab and with a request.
- Producer must agree to be fully available for Phase I and Phase II.
- WFF is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues pertaining to the project or the applicant.
- WFF holds no rights to work produced by the applicant during the program. However, if selected, the participant grants to the Whistler Film Festival Society the right to utilize materials related to the project for promotional purposes in all mediums, including broadcast, print and internet. A credit to Whistler Film Festival will be required.
- Participants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents over the age of 18.
- Participants agree to abide by Whistler Film Festival Society policies and procedures and Code of Conduct: LINK
- Participation in a Whistler Film Festival Talent Lab does not guarantee selection for Whistler Film Festival programming. Talent Labs and Festival programming are administered independently.
- Participation in the WFF Producers Lab implies an understanding and acceptance of these regulations. The WFFS reserves the right to rule on cases not foreseen by these regulations.

Dec 2-6, 2026 - Whistler Film Festival + Content Summit
