ABC IRON will be hosting a conjoined Sincere Training Systems/Bent Bar Powerlifting for this event in Latham, NY. This will be a one day, single-platform competition limited to 60 spots.

Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 and up

No minimum qualifying total is required

Cash prize will be presented to best male and female lifter, based on DOTS score.

This is an entry to a USA Powerlifting event directed by Jordan Crandall in affiliation with Sincere Training Systems. This is a non-refundable entry fee to the 2026 USA Powerlifting Sincere Training Systems Classic V (sanction #NY-2026-22).

You will be required to follow all the USA Powerlifting guidelines of the event including the participation and code of conduct policies of USA Powerlifting.

I hereby give my word as an athlete that I have not used any strength-inducing drugs (i.e. anabolic steroid, natural hormone, or synthetic growth hormone) as part of my training during the past 36 months, nor have I used prescription diuretics or psychomotor stimulants during the seven days prior to this meet.
