    Event Logistics: The DBIA NYC Metro Region reserves the right to adjust the program format to ensure the quality of the experience.

    Rescheduling: In the event of venue unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, DBIA reserves the right to reschedule. 100% of sponsorship benefits will be applied to the new date.

    Sponsorship Commitment: All selections are final. No refunds will be issued due to scheduling changes or a sponsor's inability to attend the rescheduled date.

    Payment Fulfillment: Submission constitutes a commitment to pay. All payments must be settled prior to the event to ensure logo inclusion in promotional materials
