• For our safety, the following items are not permitted:
  • Personal extension cords and power strips. The Civic Center will provide extension cords and/or power strips where needed.
  • Flammable items, including candles.
• Please leave a minimum of 3-6 feet of excess light cabling at the base of your display.
• Gift cards and/or other high value items, included with your creation, must be submitted to the FOT Check-in Desk for safekeeping.
• All creations must be free of controversial subject matter.
• I will read and follow the 2026 Silent Auction Designer Guidelines.
  • The guidelines will be delivered to you as an attachment to your form confirmation email.
• To allow time for print and mobile bidding site production, be sure to submit your Project Details Form by Monday, November 23.
  • Please submit one form per entry/creation.
  • A link to the Project Details Form is included in your confirmation email.
• Following completion of this form you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the following important information:
  • 2026 Silent Auction Designer Guidelines (included as an attachment)
  • Time and location information regarding tree/wreath/swag pickup and project delivery/drop off. 
  • A link to the Project Details Form.
