  • CONTRACT AGREEMENT

  • This Agreement is made on this date between LOVIN STORAGE and the Occupant. For rent received, Owner agrees to allow Occupant to use and occupy the above noted storage unit and Occupant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
    • All rent payments are due on the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 10th. NO INVOICE WILL BE MAILED.
    • All delinquent rent payments and/or returned checks will incur a $30 service charge.
    • If rent is not paid by the 10th of the month, it is considered PAST DUE and the noted storage unit will be double locked by the Owner until ALL PAST DUE RENT AND SERVICE CHARGES are PAID IN FULL. If no payment is received within a thirty (30) day period, Owner has the right to cut Occupant's lock and dispose of unit contents at LOVIN STORAGE and Owner's sole discretion.
    • Units are considered rented, and rent is due until Owner is notified of vacancy.
    • Upon vacating unit, Occupant will leave unit clean, swept, and free of damages.
    • Occupants will be responsible for any damage or cost to clean the unit.
    • Occupants understand that ALL contents stored in the unit ARE NOT insured by LOVIN STORAGE or by the Owner of LOVIN STORAGE.
    • LOVIN STORAGE AND OWNER ARE NOT LIABLE for losses or damage from fire, theft, water, rain, storm, high winds, explosion, or any other cause whatsoever.
    • OCCUPANT GUARANTEES THAT NO FLAMMABLE OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE PLACED IN UNIT.
