Our vision is to create a new model for hospitality education-one that is accessible, intentional, and rooted in community. This retreat is designed to bring together a select group of bartenders, bar/restaurants managers, and on-trade leaders in Northern Arizona for a shared experience that blends education, mentorship, and connection within a powerful national environment. By removing traditional barrier like major travel costs and scale, we aim to deliver the depth and impact of national events in a more personal, immersive setting. Our vision is to reinvest in the people who drive this industry forward - equipping them with knowledge, inspiration, and relationships that extend fay beyond the retreat itself. This event would take place over a span of four days, departing Phoenix on Monday, June 22nd, 2026 and returning to Phoenix mid-day on Thursday, June 25th, 2026.

Some activities may start as early as 8 AM. Do you agree to attend all the scheduled sessions and actively participate in the retreat?
The venue we will be staying has nightly quiet hours we will need to honor. Do you agree to honor the quiet hours at the residence from 10 PM - 6 AM daily?
There is a possibility that one of the guest rooms may have multiple beds (i.e. bunk beds) in one room. Are you comfortable sleeping in a room with others?
For safety reasons, we would do our best to ensure the shared room is not a mixed-gender room (i.e. only one gender sleeping in that room).
We MIGHT ask each confirmed attendee to pay a fee of $300 for their attendance. This will help off-set some of the overall costs associated with the event. This will include lodging, all meals, outdoor activities, seminars, happy hours, and nightly activities (and possibly transportation from Phoenix). If you are accepted to attend, are you comfortable paying the attendance fee?
