  • We are designing daily brunch and dinners especially for those attending.  We will use whole and nourishing ingredients, in alignment with the values of the women organizing Simply Well Women Wholeness Retreats. We plan to accomodate your restrictions and preferences, but we cannot guarantee absolute avoidance of cross-contamination.  But, we will do our best!  Please specify your level of sensitivity, if needed.

    You may encounter emotional memories or physical sensations as you engage in retreat sessions. This is a natural part of personal exploration and nervous system recalibration. By attending, you consent to engaging in this process at your own pace and with full personal responsibility for your well-being.


    Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility
    All activities at the Retreat are optional. You are responsible for listening to your body, emotions, and intuition and making your own decisions about what to participate in.

    By attending, you confirm that:

    • You are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate.
    • You take full responsibility for your choices and experiences.
    • You release the facilitators, organizers, hosts, chefs, guest practitioners, volunteers, and the retreat venue from any and all liability or claims arising from your participation.
    • You understand that any detoxification effects or emotional releases you may experience are part of your own personal healing and not a medical event.
    • If you have a known medical condition, injury, mental health concern, or dietary restriction, you agree to consult your licensed healthcare provider before attending or participating in any activityRelease of Liability

    By attending the Retreat, you release and discharge Melissa Ruvalcaba of Simply Well Women, LLC, Elaine Quick and Kate Breeding, all guest facilitators, chefs, volunteers, vendors, and the venue/property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action related to your participation, including unforeseen or unknown claims.

    You agree that you will not initiate any legal claim or lawsuit and that you will cover your own legal costs if any dispute arises.


    Retreat Location, Venue, and Accommodations
    All properties, accommodations, and locations used for this Retreat are included under this disclaimer. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety during your stay and activities. You assume full risk for use of retreat spaces, facilities, nature trails, and shared environments.


    Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
    All teachings, sessions, materials, recordings, and guided practices shared at this retreat are protected intellectual property of the facilitators and their respective businesses. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

    You also agree to honor the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in sacred space remains in sacred space.


    No Refund Policy
    Retreat registrations are non-refundable.

    If an emergency arises that prevents your attendance, your situation may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of applying your payment to a future event. This is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of the retreat hosts.

    ❖ Purpose
    This retreat includes educational workshops, movement, breathwork, coaching, creative sessions, guided meditation, nature immersions, and other wellness experiences. All offerings are for personal growth and educational purposes only.


    ❖ Important Acknowledgements
    By signing this form, I understand and agree to the following:

    Non-Medical Services: The facilitators are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. The retreat is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.


    Voluntary Participation: All activities are optional. I will listen to my body and participate at my own pace.


    Responsibility: I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during this retreat.


    Medical Conditions: I have consulted my healthcare provider about participation if I have a known condition, injury, or concern.


    Emotional Responses: I may experience emotional or physical responses during the retreat, and I take full responsibility for these experiences.


    Liability Release: I release all facilitators, volunteers, chefs, guest practitioners, and venue/property owners from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.


    Emergency Response: This retreat is not equipped for medical or psychological emergencies. I agree to contact emergency services if needed.


    Confidentiality: I will honor the privacy of other participants and keep all shared experiences confidential.


    Intellectual Property: I will not reproduce or share retreat materials without written permission.


    Refund Policy: I understand that all payments are non-refundable. Emergency rescheduling may be considered but is not guaranteed.

    I understand that my $295 (or $500) deposit for the retreat is final with no refunds and the balance is due in two more payments by June 30 and September 30. Cancellation fees will apply due to associated costs such as the meals, accomodations, swag etc. I agree that all cancellations made less than three weeks in advance of the retreat be paid in full and that I may transfer my spot to another person.

    It is recommended by the retreat hosts that you obtain travel insurance in the case of any unforeseen circumstances requiring you to cancel or end the trip early.  Please message your host for a recommendation.

    Exclusion of Participation: In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants,facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the Retreat after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest.


    I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand it’s contents as well as the Refund/Cancellation Policies. I voluntarily consent to the terms and conditions stated above.
