Early departure/No show vendors will be banned from future events.Setup consists of the provided table(s) only. No extra tables are allowed unless prior approval is given. - Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.- Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.- If accepted, vendor fees must be paid by the deadline specified in the approval email in order to secure your space.- Absolutely no event/show solicitations. Personal business advertisement is welcome.- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by The Elks Lodge or the Event Coordinators.- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and booth management.- Vendors may load/unload in the front of the building but must park in the back during event hours.- Vendors must only sell items that were approved during the application process.- No counterfeit or unlicensed merchandise is permitted.- Vendors will receive two entry wristbands. Additional wristbands will cost $3 each.- Event coordinators reserve the right to remove any vendor or item(s) deemed inappropriate. - Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.- Event organizers and venue owners are not liable for any medical costs associated with an injury.
