    Please fill out the form to apply for a vendor spot at the Annual Cape Fear Pop Culture Fest. If accepted, payment must be made within two weeks of being approved. Please check your spam/junk folders for acceptance/payment emails. All emails will come from collectorscrusadeunited@gmail.com.

  • Please note that we are no longer accepting applications for Handmade Items due to the large number of category submissions we have received.

    Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 10am-5pm

    Location:
    The Elk's Lodge at 5102 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403

    Setup:
    Friday, July 24, 2026 from 12pm - 3pm
    Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 7:30am - 9:45am.
    MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:45 AM ON SATURDAY
    Tables must remain set up for the duration of the event.
    Early departure/No show vendors will be banned from future events.
    Setup consists of the provided table(s) only. No extra tables are allowed unless prior approval is given. Racks/displays are fine, but most not exceed the length of the table nor impede on other vendors' space.

    Food Trucks:
    LVL UP Coffee and Dirty Taco & Mas will be on site.

  • Terms and Conditions

    - Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
    - Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
    - If accepted, vendor fees must be paid by the deadline specified in the approval email in order to secure your space.
    - Absolutely no event/show solicitations. Personal business advertisement is welcome.
    - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by The Elks Lodge or the Event Coordinators.
    - Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and booth management.
    - Vendors may load/unload in the front of the building but must park in the back during event hours.
    - Vendors must only sell items that were approved during the application process.
    - No counterfeit or unlicensed merchandise is permitted.
    - Vendors will receive two entry wristbands. Additional wristbands will cost $3 each.
    - Event coordinators reserve the right to remove any vendor or item(s) deemed inappropriate. 
    - Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
    - Event organizers and venue owners are not liable for any medical costs associated with an injury.
