Complex Companions Training & Behavior Services Agreement

Complex Companions will make every effort to provide a safe training environment for my dog and will use only sound, safe, and responsible training methods and instructions. However, I recognize that Complex Companions is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complex Companions of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under Complex Companions instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others.

I acknowledge that Complex Companions is not responsible for any damage to client property, nor is Complex Companions responsible for any veterinary or utility bills incurred. Prices are subject to change at any time. Discounted rates are available for approved rescues and shelters.

Payment Policy
Payment for the initial session is requested when you submit the intake form. If you choose to continue with additional sessions, an invoice will be sent after that time.
Complex Companions accepts credit cards, checks, and Venmo. An invoice will be emailed the week of the first lesson.

If an invoice is 14 or more days past due, services will be suspended until payment is made in full. Any invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days will incur a 20% compounding late fee on the outstanding balance every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate cancellation notice as far in advance as possible. To avoid being charged, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required.
