  • Note: 

    If you are a new UOW staff member, please allow 1–2 weeks before applying for a staff card appoinment.  New staff members take approximately 1–2 weeks for their details to be added to the staff card system.

    Once your appointment details are received, they will be reviewed and approved. Please monitor your email an approval notification will be sent once your appointment has been confirmed.

    On the date and time of your appointment, please attend the IPD Service desk located in Building 31.

    Please allow up to 15 minutes for staff card printing and issuing.

    Note: The staff card does not provide building access. To gain building access, staff access cards can be requested here

  • You need to provide a signed memorandum from Your supervisor stating the following

    • The dates of their employment, including an end date if they are a fixed term staff member  
    • Their department  
    • Their job title  
    • Their status of employment (casual, fixed term, permanent etc).  

    Please send this to ip-service-centre@uow.edu.au before your appoinment date.
