    INFORMATION FOR STALL OPERATORS AND FOOD VENDORS 

    Dust off your petals and polish your pots, Tulip Time is blooming again!

    Now in its 66th glorious year, Tulip Time at Corbett Gardens is one of Australia's longest-running floral festival, welcoming more than 85,000 visitors in 2025 alone. In 2026, the gardens will burst into colour across 25 fabulous days, including 4 weekends, giving visitors plenty of time to stop, stroll, snap photos and shop. 

    A Variety of stall packages are available to help your business flourish among the flowers.

    Before You Let Your Business Bloom

    Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application to trade in Corbett Gardens during Tulip Time.

    Applications & Approvals

    • All stall applications will be reviewed by the Event Organisers
    • Stall location details will be provided once full payment or remittance advice is received
    • Stall placement within Corbett Gardens is determined by the Events Team
    • Requests for specific locations should be emailed to tuliptime@wsc.nsw.gov.au for consideration, location requests will not be considered during bump-in
    • Previous particpation does not guarantee automatic approval, each year's stall line-up is freshly curated

     

    Bump-in, Access & Getting Set Up

    • Stallholders should be prepared to trolley stock and supplies into the garden
    • Vehicles are not permitted inside Corbett Gardens unless approved by the Events Team
    • On-site parking is not available for stall operators
    • Stallholder bump-in will be advised closer to the date, your bump-in date depends on the package selected and will have tailored instructions 
    • Please ensure your stall is fully cleared at the end of your trading period with all refuse removed.

     

    Important 

    • Goods, displays and signage must stay with in 1 metre of your allocated stall space, if displays spill beyond you may be asked to remove the items.
    • Stall operators and food vendors are responsible for their own cash handling
    • There are no cash withdrawal facilities within Corbett Gardens
    • All refuse, that is not general waste (food scraps, used packaging, plastic bottles, aluminium cans etc) or recycling (cardboard, paper), is the responsibilty of the stall operator and should be taken offsite. For example, oil and oil cans, other metal items, large plastic storage tubs etc.

     

    Calling Food Operators

    • We are on the lookout for food vendors with healthy food options to add flavour and freshness to this year's festival lineup 

     

    Fees & Payment

    • All proposed fess are GST inclusive
    • Fees are subject to change and will be confirmed from 1 July 2026
    • Invoices will be issued in early July 2026
    • Full payment is required by Friday 21 August 2026
    • Site numbers and placement details will not be released until payment is recieved 
    • Unfortunatley, no refunds can be offered for cancellations after Friday 22 August 2026

    This form is a requirement by Council as per Sect 100 of Food Act 2003 for retail food businesses trading in its LGA.

    Once the form is completed you will receive an acknowledgement email with a copy of your notification shortly after submission.

    Tulip Time Flower Festival 2026

    Stall Operator Expression of Interest Terms

    • Completion of this online form is an Expressions of Interest to participate as a stall operator at the Tulip Time Flower Festival.
    • Submission of this online form does not guarantee the stall operator a space at the Tulip Time Flower Festival in 2026. 
    • Successful stall operators will be required to agree to Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Stall Operator Agreement.
    • All stall operators must hold current Public Liability Insurance (with a minimum of $20 million in coverage) and a certificate of currency must be attached to this submission to be considered.
    • Food stall/truck/trailer operators must meet NSW Food Handling Regulations and hold Food Handling Safety Certificates – copies also need to be attached to this submission to be considered.
