We are delighted to send you this Adoption Application and associated information and paperwork. We have dedicated a lot of time to the Dobermanns who come into our care through no fault of their own. We understand that your love and daily attention will help their personality flourish through your one-on-one bond. Every Dobermann in our care, as we learn about them, shows us that their personalities reflect individuality. In the spirit of care and companionship, you are seeking to offer one of our Dobermanns. We hope that one day you shall know them longer and therefore love them more deeply than we do. All our Dobermanns are no exception to this principle.

a. It is our best endeavour to ensure we present to you the most suitable Dobermanns in our care who display behaviours ideal to your lifestyle and experience level.
N.B. We are cautious when placing dogs in homes and proceed conservatively, as there are many different Dobermann bloodlines in the Australian market, some of which are not suitable for families or home environments (e.g., left in the backyard for up to 10 hours per day).

Finding suitable homes is crucial for the breed and for the dog's safety. It's vital to the breed that each dog is managed properly, avoiding the breed being listed as dangerous, and also important for the individual dog's mental health, well-being, and happiness (welfare).

Dobermanns are unlike other dog breeds; they are intelligent, motivated, energetic, and some have prey drive, and all are loyal to humans as their best friends. This trait is rare and shared by only a few other breeds; therefore, it is vital to understand and manage them properly with this in mind. A happy family life and a dedicated owner who knows how to care for them throughout their life are essential, along with the information you have provided here, which we agree is accurate.
