By booking with Event Management Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation
A security bond may be required for certain hire items. This will be discussed during the booking process and listed separately on your invoice. The bond will be refunded within three (3) business days, provided all items are returned in their original condition.
Location Requirements
Weather
Clients must have a backup plan in case of adverse weather, including rain or strong winds. Our equipment cannot be used outdoors in these conditions due to safety risks and the potential for damage to equipment and surrounding property. Any loss or damage incurred will be charged to the client.
If no suitable alternative arrangement is provided, no refunds will be issued and all payments will be forfeited.
Instant Social Media Sharing
Social media uploads for Photobooth and 360 Booth bookings require a stable Wi-Fi connection. We recommend confirming this with your venue in advance. Event Management Collective is not responsible for connectivity issues, and no refunds will be provided if this feature is unavailable during your event.
Changes & Cancellations
Use of Images & Privacy
By booking with Event Management Collective, you grant permission for images, videos, or animations captured during your event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include tagging or mentioning associated businesses, brands, venues, suppliers, or collaborators on social media and other marketing platforms, unless you or the relevant party advise us otherwise. We will not use content deemed inappropriate or damaging. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Health & Safety
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times. Our staff reserve the right to pause or terminate services if guests are intoxicated, behaving dangerously, or risking damage to equipment. Any aggressive or abusive behaviour toward staff, or damage to equipment, may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
