2026 PSFC - Friday MiniSaints

This registration is for players turning 5 & 6 years old in 2026 only.
Thanks for your patience as we navigate pre-season at Perth Saints FC.

We’re excited to invite all our future football stars to their first training session - our focus on this age group is fun, to learn new skills, lots of game time and to make new friends.

For players turning 5 or 6 years old in 2026:
First Session: Friday 1 May 2026
Time: 4:30 pm - 5.30 pm -for week 1, please arrive at 4 pm for registration & to pick up your soccer kit.
Location: Tompkins Park, Alfred Cove

(we will accept players turning 7 years old but any older will need permission)

You will be given a MiniSaints training kit and a pair of socks at your first training session. Please also bring:
* Water bottle
* Soccer boots (if you have them)
* Shin pads

I will be there to welcome everyone and run the training sessions. As with all our Perth Saints FC teams, parent involvement is required and highly encouraged to help sessions run smoothly.

CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE:
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, permit my child to participate in in-house soccer training sessions and games organised by Perth Saints Football Club.

I acknowledge and agree that:
- Soccer is a physical sport involving risk of injury.
- The club will take reasonable steps to provide a safe playing environment.
- I am responsible for ensuring my child is medically fit to participate.
- I will inform the club of any changes to my child’s medical condition.
- I understand that the club holds appropriate Public Liability and Participant Accident Insurance in line with community sporting requirements.
Medical Treatment Authorisation

In the event of injury or illness, I authorise club officials, coaches or volunteers to:
- Administer basic first aid.
- Arrange medical treatment and/or ambulance transport if deemed necessary.
- I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

- My child will follow coach's instructions to the best of their ability and play in the spirit of fair play.
