Contraindications
For the safety of our clients, services may be refused, postponed, or modified if any contraindications are present.
Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any of the following:
Active eye infections, including conjunctivitis (pink eye), styes, blepharitis, or any contagious eye condition.
Recent eye surgery, LASIK, cataract surgery, or other eye procedures within the last 6 months unless cleared by your medical professional.
Open wounds, cuts, abrasions, rashes, burns, or skin infections around the eye area.
Severe allergies or previous reactions to lash extension products, adhesives, tapes, removers, or beauty treatments.
Excessive eye watering, inflammation, redness, swelling, or irritation.
Medical conditions or medications that may affect the safety, suitability, retention, or healing process of the treatment.
For your safety, all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous reactions must be disclosed during your consultation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the service being declined, modified, or discontinued. Deposits may be forfeited if a service cannot proceed due to undisclosed contraindications.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe a service may compromise your health, safety, or lash integrity.
