  • Booking and Deposits

    Appointments can be requested via our website, DM, or text message.
    To secure your booking, a booking request must be submitted for your preferred time, and a Client Consent/Consultation form must be completed (required for all first-time clients), followed by payment of the required deposit.
    A $80 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. 
    Please note that your booking is not confirmed until both the consent forms have been completed and the deposit has been received. Website bookings do not guarantee your selected time unless confirmed by us.
    Once all steps have been completed, your appointment will be officially secured.

  • Consent and Client Honesty

    All clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information when completing the Client Consent/Consultation Form.
    Failure to disclose relevant information, including medical conditions, allergies, previous lash work, or anything that may affect the service, may result in the appointment being cancelled or modified on the day. If any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or intentionally withheld, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the service immediately. In such cases, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
    We also reserve the right to refuse future services to any client who fails to comply with these requirements or attempts to mislead, bypass policies, or take advantage of services.
    These measures are in place to ensure the safety of both the client and technician, and to maintain the quality and integrity of our services.

  • Before your Appointment 

    To ensure the best results, please arrive with clean lashes, free from any eye makeup, mascara, or foreign lash extensions. If this is not followed, a cleansing or removal fee will apply.
    We do not infill over other technicians’ work. Clients arriving with existing lash extensions from elsewhere will be required to book a removal and full set.
    For your comfort and safety, contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment. Lash adhesive fumes may cause irritation, discomfort, and can damage contact lenses. 
    We are not liable for any damage caused if contact lenses are worn during the service.

  • Duration and Late Arrivals

    Please allow approximately 2 to 3 hours for your appointment. Depending on the set, your service may take less time.This is your time to relax and unwind. You are welcome to bring headphones, rest your eyes, and enjoy a quiet, comfortable appointment.If you are running late, please notify us via text, DM, or call as soon as possible.
    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled to ensure quality and fairness to all clients.

  • Infill Process

    To be eligible for an infill at least 45% of your previous set applied by us must be intact, anything less will require a full set.
    While retention can last up to 4+ weeks with the proper after-care, we strongly recommend booking every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain Lash and Brow health, fullness and structure.Even though longer wear is possible out grown extensions can lead to twisting, discomfort and premature shedding if not addressed.Keeping up with regular fills ensures your lashes stay looking their best and healthiest.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling 

    We require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
    Cancellations or reschedules made outside of this period will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.All deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred once if sufficient notice (36 hours or more) is provided.We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule last minute, or fail to attend their appointments.

  • Allergy and Sensitivity 

    Your health and comfort are our top priority. If you have experienced any reactions to beauty products, treatments, or adhesives in the past, please inform us prior to your appointment.
    We recommend booking a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment to ensure suitability with the products used during your service.
    If you experience any signs of a reaction, including itchiness, swelling, redness, or irritation, please contact us immediately. We will assist you promptly and, where appropriate, offer removal or aftercare guidance to help ease any discomfort.Please note that refunds are not provided for allergic reactions, as this is beyond our control.If symptoms persist, we strongly recommend seeking professional medical advice.

  • Lash Contradictions 

    Contraindications

    For the safety of our clients, services may be refused, postponed, or modified if any contraindications are present.

    Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any of the following:

    Active eye infections, including conjunctivitis (pink eye), styes, blepharitis, or any contagious eye condition.

    Recent eye surgery, LASIK, cataract surgery, or other eye procedures within the last 6 months unless cleared by your medical professional.

    Open wounds, cuts, abrasions, rashes, burns, or skin infections around the eye area.

    Severe allergies or previous reactions to lash extension products, adhesives, tapes, removers, or beauty treatments.

    Excessive eye watering, inflammation, redness, swelling, or irritation.

    Medical conditions or medications that may affect the safety, suitability, retention, or healing process of the treatment.

    For your safety, all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous reactions must be disclosed during your consultation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the service being declined, modified, or discontinued. Deposits may be forfeited if a service cannot proceed due to undisclosed contraindications.

    We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe a service may compromise your health, safety, or lash integrity.

  • Should be Empty:
