You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your registration request by e-mail. Payment in euros must be made simultaneously by bank transfer to EVOLEN. All registrations for the mission will be considered final only after they have been paid. The corresponding invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment. Fees are quoted in euros and don't include VAT (20%). Payment may be made by bank transfer. Payment is due with the order. In the event of non-payment, participation to the mission may be refused.

To benefit from the member rate, the participating company must be up to date with its membership fee. Otherwise, the non-member rate will apply. The rates offered to participate in this mission are fixed and inseparably include the entire program. The rates include the organization of group meetings on Days 1, 2, 3 and 4, with a target of four meetings per day (two in the morning and two in the afternoon), as well as: lunch, local transportation. The rental of a room for half a day on Day 5 for B2B meetings, including the invitation of local stakeholders (companies, associations) for a "speed dating" style networking session. The B2B component on Day 5 is offered upon request, depending on the participant profiles and the final structure of the program for Days 1 to 4. The rates do not include air transportation and any visa fees, accommodation, meals other than those specified in the program or individual taxis.

Registration is carried out online via the this form. The order is validated on receipt of payment or a purchase order issued by the Participant's company. An e-mail confirming registration is sent to the address given at the time of ordering.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the mission, particularly in the event of force majeure, technical disruptions or program modifications.

The Participant authorizes the Organizer to use, free of charge, the images (photos or videos) taken during the event on any communication medium, except in the case of prior written opposition.

The data collected is required to process registration and organize the mission. In accordance with applicable regulations (in particular the RGPD), the Participant has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion, by contacting business@evolen.org.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Puteaux shall have exclusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.

In the event of cancellation by the participants, no refund will be made for any reason. EVOLEN reserves the right to cancel the mission in the event of insufficient participation and will then proceed to the refund of the sums paid to it by the participants for this mission. The mission may also be cancelled in the event of force majeure, health reasons or acts of war.
