Safety and Participation Acknowledgement
I understand that my child is participating in soft play and sensory activities at their own risk, and that active parental supervision is required at all times.
I acknowledge that sensory play stations are designed for children aged 3+ and may contain small parts.
I accept that Sprout + Spark and associated venues are not liable for any injury, loss, allergic reaction, or damage that may occur during participation.
Bookings and Cancellations
I acknowledge that all bookings are final and non-refundable. As sessions are small and often sell out, transfers or credits are not offered for missed sessions or change of mind. If a session is cancelled by Sprout + Spark due to weather, staffing, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, bookings may be transferred to another available session within the following 3 months.
