  • Thank you for your interest in having a stall at Trinity Garden Autumn Fayre, taking place on Saturday 24th October from 11am to 2pm at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Kingswood.

    To apply for a stall, please complete the form below. We'll be in touch shortly to confirm your place. To maintain a good variety of stalls, applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration given to avoiding too much duplication in stall offerings.

    All stallholders must have puiblic liability insurance. There is a section in thie form where you can upload a picture of your PLI certificate.

    Stallholders selling any form of food (including cakes, sweets, chocolate) must be registered with Environmental Health with a minimum rating of 4.

  • Please note, we are unable to accept stallholders offering plants, tombola, hot food and drinks as we will be running these stalls to raise funds for We are BS15 CIC and Hanham Methodist Church.
