This form is where you submit your official award application. Without completing and submitting this form, we are unable to assess or judge your entry.
You may complete this form before or after purchasing your event ticket. However, your application must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
You may save your progress and return to complete your application at any time before submitting.
How it works
In this form, you may apply for up to two award categories. Please select your chosen categories and complete the required questions for each.
Each category includes four tailored questions, which you must answer in detail. These are specific to the category you are applying for.
In addition, all applicants are required to complete a standard “highlights” section, which is the same for everyone.
This includes key business metrics and achievements such as:
-Revenue
-Team size / hires
-Investment raised
-Intellectual property (e.g. patents, trademarks)
-Awards or notable milestones
-Your application will be assessed based on both your category-specific answers and your overall business highlights.
Key dates
Submission deadline: 1st September 2026
Judging period: 1st September – 1st October 2026
Finalists announced: End of November 2026 (three finalists per category)
Awards ceremony: Winners revealed live on 21 January 2027
If you do not submit your application by the deadline, you will not be considered for any award categories.
Uploads
You are required to upload:
-Your company logo
-A headshot
-You are welcome to upload additional supporting materials if you wish, but this is not required.
Confidentiality & verification
All information provided will remain confidential and will only be shared with your Account Manager, the category owner, and the judging panel.
By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
Your Account Manager or category owner may request additional supporting evidence if required. In most cases, relevant documentation is already held on file.
Publicity
Sensitive business information will remain confidential.
All applicants will be acknowledged in the event brochure and across our marketing channels.
If selected as a finalist, your name, logo, and headshot may be featured in dedicated promotional content and the official event brochure.
By submitting this form, you consent to the use of these details for Innovator Awards marketing purposes. No confidential business information will be shared publicly.
