Welfare & Safety
1. I acknowledge that my puppy’s welfare is my primary responsibility, and I will ensure they are fit, healthy and free from illness or injury before attending class.
2. I agree that my puppy will not attend if they are unwell, have been in contact with a sick animal, or if female, is in season.
3. I consent to the trainer using positive reinforcement training methods only, in line with animal welfare best practice and UK law.
4. I give permission for the trainer to handle my puppy safely during class for training purposes.
5. BBBehaviourist does not diagnose, provide prognoses, or make therapy decisions, nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian.
Risk & Liability
1. I understand that working with animals involves inherent risks, and I attend classes voluntarily at my own risk.
2. I understand that there are certain risks involved in dog training and despite precautionary care taken, employees of BBBehaviourist cannot take any responsibility for dog fights, dog bites and/or the transmission of disease.
3. I accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my puppy, and will cover any associated costs.
4. BBBehaviourist reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions and its pricing, subject to client awareness and notification.
Rules & Conduct
1. I will keep my puppy on a lead at all times unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.
2. I will clean up immediately after my puppy and dispose of waste responsibly.
3. I will follow all instructions given by the trainer and abide by class rules.
4. I understand BBBehaviourist reserves the right to refuse services to your dog for any reason at any time.
