Policies & Permissions
Please read the following policies carefully before completing registration:
Program & Payment Policy
Weekly tuition is $250 per child. A $50 non-refundable deposit per week is required to secure your child’s spot.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to each selected camp week. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in loss of your child’s spot.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days or once a camp week has begun.
We offer a 10% sibling discount or 10% military discount (discounts cannot be combined).
Field Trips & Transportation
Camp includes two field trips per week, including a weekly movie trip. Transportation is provided for field trips only.By enrolling, you give permission for your child to participate in all scheduled trips and agree to follow all safety rules during transportation and activities.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, if a parent/guardian cannot be reached, you authorize 757 Dream Village staff to seek medical attention for your child. You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Health & Illness Policy
Children who are sick, have a fever, or show signs of illness may not attend camp. If a child becomes ill during the day, a parent/guardian must arrange prompt pick-up.
Liability Agreement
Participation in camp activities, outdoor play, and field trips involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless 757 Dream Village, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or incidents, except in cases of gross negligence.
Behavior Policy
All children are expected to follow program rules and treat staff and peers with respect.
757 Dream Village reserves the right to dismiss any child for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Pick-Up & Late Policy
Only authorized individuals listed by the parent/guardian may pick up a child. Identification may be required.
Late pick-ups will result in additional fees $5 per minute late fee and must be paid prior to your child returning to the next camp day.
Personal Belongings
757 Dream Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to camp.
Program Changes
757 Dream Village reserves the right to make changes to schedules, activities, or field trips as needed due to weather, availability, or safety concerns.
Photo & Media Release
You give permission for your child to be photographed and/or recorded for use in social media, website, and promotional materials.
