Guided by Tea sommelier Sherry Lee and Sumerie, you’ll explore harmonious pairings, learn the stories behind ingredients, and celebrate the changing seasons with a plant-based indulgence that’s both delicious and inspiring. 

In this workshop you will enjoy:

🌱 Guided tea farm tour at the first Dutch tea plantation Het Zuyderblad
🌱 Trivia of tofu making, tea fun fact and basic pairing principles
🌱 Start with a welcoming tea, then enjoy four soy-based sweets paired with four selected premium teas.
