In consideration of being allowed to use the property owned by George and Michele Otstott located at 308 North Vale Street in Jefferson, Texas, for the purpose of selling my property during and at the City-Wide Rummage Sale of Jefferson, Texas, sponsored by the Marion County Chamber of Commerce the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that:
I understand that there will be no security to protect my property while my property is on the private property located at 308 North Vale, Jefferson, Texas, against theft or any other loss or damage to my property and herewith release and forever hold harmless against said possible loss both George and Michele Otstott and the Marion County Chamber of Commerce.

I further agree that I release and hold harmless George and Michele Otstott and the Marion County Chamber of Commerce against any personal injury or property damage I may sustain as a result of my being allowed on this private property.
