    • Terms of Service 
    • Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

      Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event are subject to a 5% charge of the total service fee.

      Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: While I take every precaution to accommodate dietary needs, the Client is responsible for disclosing all known allergies at the time of booking. The Chef is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or unknown allergies.

      Kitchen Access & Safety: The Client must provide a clean, safe, and functional workspace with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stovetop. If I arrive at an unsuitable or unsafe workspace, I reserve the right to cancel the service.

      Workspace Cleaning Fee: A $40 cleaning fee will be added if the kitchen is not cleared and ready for use upon arrival.

      Liability Release: By booking, the Client waives and releases the Chef from any and all liability for injuries, illnesses, or property damage arising out of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
