Community Center Reservation Form

Bookings are not confirmed until a signed rental agreement and payment via GiveButter are received; these will be sent after your submission. All renters are expected to leave the space as they found it. For larger events (over 25 guests), a cleaning fee will be required to cover floors and bathrooms. Renters are still responsible for removing trash and resetting tables and chairs unless otherwise arranged.
