    A tree installation and community cleanup is scheduled in Whispering Pines at the green space bordered by Southwest Hiawatha Street, Southwest Homeland Road and Southwest Lovell Terrace.

    • Volunteers should check in at the Naturally PSL tent at 9 a.m. to collect supplies and attend a safety briefing. Light refreshments, including coffee, tea and bagels, will be provided.
    • Florida Forestry will present at 9:15 a.m., followed by a group photo.
    • Afterward, participants will take part in the tree installation or the community cleanup efforts from 9:45-11:45 a.m.
    • Volunteers should return by 11:45 a.m. to record the weight and details of litter collected.
    • Lunch will be served at noon.

    Free parking is available in the area around the green space.
