We are excited to honor the outstanding women in our congregation who exemplify their royalt in faith, leadership and service for our annual Women's Day celebration.

Please take a moment and Use this form to nomimate women in our church that you beleive reflects the spirit and mission of this special day. The honorees will be celebrated on Sunday May 31st at 9:30 am for our annual Women's Day.

NOTE - All nomineed must be submitted on this form by OR BEFORE MAY 15TH!

- Be an active partener of Union Temple Baptist Church (UTBC)
- Demonstrate a committment to leadership, service and faith
- Embody the values of love, fiath and nine principles of UTBC.
