These Event Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in all events, programs, and related activities ("Event") hosted or organized by Granet & Associates. By registering for or attending the Event ("DESIGN INTELLIGENCE"), the participant ("Attendee") agrees to these Terms in full.
1. Registration & Payment
1.1. Registration is not complete until full payment is received by Granet & Associates.
1.2. Payment must be made using the approved methods communicated during the registration process.
1.3. Granet & Associates reserves the right to deny participation to any Attendee whose payment has not been received in full.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1. **All payments are final and non-refundable.**
2.2. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, failure to attend, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.
2.3. In the unlikely event Granet & Associates cancels the Event in its entirety, Granet & Associates may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit toward a future DESIGN INTELLIGENCE event.
3. Program Modifications
3.1. Granet & Associates reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, venues, activities, or any other aspect of the program as necessary.
3.2. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds or credits.
4. Travel & Accommodation
4.1. Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodations, transportation, and incidental expenses unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Granet & Associates is not responsible for any costs associated with travel disruptions, delays, or changes.
5. Health, Safety & Conduct
5.1. Attendees participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions and venue policies.
5.2. Granet & Associates reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided.
6. Photography, Media & Communications
6.1. Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.
6.2. Granet & Associates may use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without compensation to Attendees.
7. Liability
7.1. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the Event.
7.2. Granet & Associates, its directors, staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Personal Property
8.1. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
8.2. Granet & Associates is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. Privacy
9.1. Granet & Associates may collect basic registration information to facilitate event operations.
9.2. Attendee data will be managed in accordance with Granet & Associates’ privacy practices and will not be sold or shared for commercial purposes.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration or attending the Event, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy.
