INFORMATION FOR WORKSHOP OPERATORS
We're thrilled to be planting the seeds for a brand-new workshop and experience series at the 2026 Tulip Time Festival! This exciting new addition will see the festival blossom beyond the garden beds, inviting visitors to stop, smell the flowers and get hand-on with a range of creative, immersive and educational experiences.
Council is inviting local providers from creatives and growers to educators and small businesses, to help us cultivate a vibrant program of workshops, demonstrations and small group experiences, all hosted within our onsite activation space throughout the festival.
This new series is designed to complement the colourful spirit of Tulip Time, celebrating creativity, nature, sustainability and community connection. We warmly welcome Expression of Interest from providers offering experiences aligned with the festival's floral theme, including (but not limited to):
- Painting & creative arts
- Floral design & flower arranging
- Gardening & vegetable growing workshops
- Speaker talks or live demonstrations
- Children's activities & hands-on learning
- Cooking or edible experiences inspired by flowers or seasonal produce
- Wellbeing, nature-based for sustainability-focused sessions
- Yoga sessions
This is a wonderful opportunity for local providers to showcase their talents, cross-pollinate with new audiences and help create an even more memorable experience at one of the region's most iconic springtime celebrations.
