Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Annual “Church Madness” 3v3 Basketball Tournament is open exclusively to individuals who are members in good standing of a Greek Orthodox parish. All participants must affirm this status upon registration. Failure to meet this requirement will result in immediate team disqualification.
This tournament exists to promote faith, family, and fellowship within our Orthodox Christian community. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is Christ-centered, respectful, and reflective of the spirit of healthy competition. Bullying, cursing, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any behavior contrary to Orthodox Christian values will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tournament at the discretion of the event organizers.
A team registration fee of $75 is required upon sign-up. This fee helps ensure proper scheduling, commitment from teams, and minimizes the risk of last-minute cancellations. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received in full.
By registering, all participants agree to uphold these values and terms. Any violation may result in disqualification or other disciplinary actions deemed appropriate by the tournament committee.
We must have a minimum of 4 teams registered in an age‑group division in order to create a bracket (maximum of 4 teams will compete in any single bracket). If a division does not reach at least 4 teams, and your team registered for that division, you will be notified and your registration fee will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.
