10th House Education Foundation General Scholarship
The 10th House Education Foundation General Scholarship supports students who embody our mission of service and education in Ohio. Eligible high school students should complete this form. Five (5) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. Please review scholarship criteria and submit all required materials by the listed deadline. Applications will be reviewed within 4–6 weeks of the deadline of May 1, 2026; notification will follow via email.

Transcript
Please include a .pdf of an official or unofficial high school transcript that reports from 9th grade to 12th grade including all school transfers.
GPA
If your courses include honors and AP classes that are worth more than a 4.0, please convert your GPA to a standard 4.0 scale.
Recommendation Letters
Please provide the names and contact information for two (2) individuals who can speak to your academic pedigree as well as your community involvement and character. Inform them that we will reach out to them with an additional link in order for them to upload their recommendation letter. If their recommendation letter is not received within the review window, it may impact your application status.
Essays
This application has three (3) essays required for submission. Be sure to answer all aspects of the prompts and do not exceed the word limit as the form will cutoff your response.

A graduating high school senior with a minimum GPA: 3.0 (4.0 scale) Accepted to an accredited college or university in Ohio and intending to enroll in fall 2026
