This Agreement is entered into by the undersigned individual ("Guest") for use of the golf cart ("Cart") located at the property identified above ("Premises"), owned by the property owner ("Owner").

Guest accepts full responsibility for all members of their party and any invitees who use or ride in the Cart.

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Guest releases, waives, and discharges Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to use of the Cart or presence on the Premises, including claims arising from Owner's negligence.

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising from Guest's use of the Cart or use by anyone in Guest's party.

Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to the cart, cart keys, cart cover or other property resulting from use, misuse, or negligence.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Guest has read this Agreement, understands it, and signs it voluntarily as a legally binding document.
