Australian Swimming - Relay Reserves

Please use this form to submit your reserves for any relays in an upcoming Australian Swimming event. If you are submitting athletes that are not already entered in individual events, please include their Date of Birth, however please stay mindful of the 2 Relay Only swimmers per team rule if needing to utilise reserves. All Relay Only swimmers will need to complete their Relay Only Accreditation payment before they can enter the venue. Check the website for further relay information.

This form is not a requirement.

Relay changes to already submitted teams must still occur prior to the end of warm ups during heats on the day the relay is to be swum, CR 21.1 has not changed.

You don’t have to submit a reserve if you don’t want to.

Swim Central does not allow easy addition of reserves because it combines the reserve swimmers time into the whole team time.

How to Enter:

In the table below, list an reserves required for your relay teams. Make sure you include the full name of each swimmer and their date of birth to ensure the correct swimmer is added.

PLEASE DO NOT LIST THE NAME OF ATHLETES ALREADY ENTERED IN THIS TEAM!

This form is NOT for relay-order changes. Changes to relay order must still be completed at the Help Desk during the meet. This form is strictly for submitting reserve names to your team in preparation should you need them.

Please Note: As per CR 21.6 In club relay events, clubs may include a maximum of two “relay only” swimmers per relay team. The remaining two members of the team, including named reserves, must
have entered and compete in at least one individual event at the competition.

Full Membership for the current season must be paid for in Swim Central for all members of this relay team, including reserves, in order for them to compete.

If they do not have the correct membership by Day 1 of the meet or if their membership expires before Day 1 of the meet, their accreditation will be cancelled and they will not be eligible to swim.
