By participating as a volunteer in the Unidos 5K and/or Indianapolis Latino Parade 2026 organized by Chingón Legacy, Inc., I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that volunteering at community events may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, lifting, walking, standing for extended periods, weather conditions, and interaction with large groups of people.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and am physically able to perform the tasks I may be assigned. I agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and directions provided by event organizers and team leads.

I understand that Chingón Legacy, Inc. will take reasonable precautions to promote a safe environment; however, I accept responsibility for my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless Chingón Legacy, Inc., its organizers, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
