SuperBStudioSession $275 with 5 edited digital downloads (Indoor Session)

SuperBStudio is a great open space for family, senior or individual sessions. Photo session or just a update to your family photos. $175 Retainer for Photo session this includes a 15 minute session with 5 edited digital download images. Remaining $100 for session due on June 1st, 2026. Print release will be given with this session. Holiday card orders through online gallery. All galleries will be available on September 30th, 2025. PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Reflections by Rachel Van Chau, the photographer, to photograph myself, animal and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Reflections by Rachel Van Chau and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, animal, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, animal, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Reflections by Rachel Van Chau and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Reflections by Rachel Van Chau, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Reflections by Rachel Van Chau, PHOTOGRAPHER; Rachel Van Chau, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session watermarked digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

PHOTO SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit payment of $175 is paid to Reflections by Rachel Van Chau. You will need to Venmo @rachel-vanchau to pay deposit or contact me at 713-412-8576 to make payment arrangements. Should the remaining/final balance of $100 not be paid by September 7th my appointment will be canceled.
