READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF BIMBI JR SPORTS LLC IS NEGLIGENT, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD'S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM BIMBI JR SPORTS LLC IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY OR FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF BIMBI JR SPORTS LLC. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND BIMBI JR SPORTS LLC HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.
Program Overview

The Bimbi Jr Soccer Program provides structured, age-appropriate soccer sessions designed to develop coordination, listening skills, balance, motor development, teamwork, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Tuition & Payment Structure
- Standard Billing Cycle: Tuition is billed monthly. For administrative consistency, all families follow the same billing cycle (16th–15th).
- Payments must be made on or before the 16th of each month.
- Late Payment Policy: Payments received after the 16th are considered late. Participation in the program may be paused until the account is brought current.
- Mid-Cycle Enrollment (New Students): For participants enrolling after the start of a billing cycle, tuition is calculated as a "Kickstart Bundle." This consists of a rate for the remaining sessions in the current period (including an administrative setup fee) plus the full tuition for the following month.
- Rate Discretion: Bimbi Jr Soccer reserves the right to adjust general prices, introductory rates, registration fees, and bundled pricing for mid-cycle entries at its sole discretion to ensure balanced class sizes and efficient onboarding.
- Attendance & Absences: As tuition is structured monthly to reserve your child's placement on the roster, no refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for missed classes due to personal absences or late payments.
Attendance, Cancellations & Administrative Policy
- No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes due to personal absences.
- Individual make-up sessions are not provided.
- Make-ups are conducted on a group basis only when necessary
If Bimbi Jr Soccer cancels a class for any reason, including personal, administrative, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances, the cancelled session will be rescheduled on the next available school day as permitted by Bambini Preschool.

If a cancelled class cannot be rescheduled within the same monthly cycle, it will be credited and carried forward to the following month.

Bimbi Jr Soccer reserves the right to implement an administrative pause with reasonable notice. Any sessions affected by such a pause will be properly rescheduled or credited forward. No paid session will be forfeited due to a coach-initiated cancellation or administrative pause.

Refunds will not be issued unless Bimbi Jr Soccer is unable to provide the remaining scheduled sessions and cannot offer a reasonable rescheduling or credit option.

Payments must remain current for continued participation in the program. Participation may be paused if payment is not current.

Administrative Updates: Bimbi Jr Soccer reserves the right to update program schedules, seasonal structures, enrollment options, operating procedures, program policies, and any other administrative terms with a minimum of 7 days' notice to parents/guardians via WhatsApp, email, or the program’s primary messaging group. Continued participation in training following such notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms without the need for a new signature.
Acknowledgment and Agreement

Descripción General del Programa

El programa Bimbi Jr Soccer ofrece sesiones de fútbol estructuradas y adecuadas para la edad, diseñadas para desarrollar la coordinación, las habilidades de escucha, el equilibrio, el desarrollo motor, el trabajo en equipo y la confianza en un entorno divertido y de apoyo.
Matrícula y Estructura de Pago
- Estructura de Matrícula y Pago
  Ciclo de Facturación Estándar: La matrícula se factura mensualmente. Para mantener la consistencia administrativa, todas las familias siguen el mismo ciclo de facturación (del 16 al 15 de cada mes).
- Fecha Límite de Pago: Los pagos deben realizarse el día 16 de cada mes o antes.
- Política de Pago Tardío: Los pagos recibidos después del día 16 se considerarán atrasados. La participación en el programa podrá ser pausada hasta que la cuenta esté al día.
- Inscripción a Mitad de Ciclo (Nuevos Estudiantes): Para los participantes que se inscriban después del inicio de un ciclo de facturación, la matrícula se calculará como un "Paquete de Inicio" (Kickstart Bundle). Este consiste en una tarifa por las sesiones restantes del período actual (incluyendo un cargo administrativo por configuración) más la matrícula completa del mes siguiente.

Política de Asistencia, Cancelaciones y Administración

• No se proporcionan sesiones de reposición individuales. Las reposiciones se realizan de forma grupal únicamente cuando sea necesario.

• Si Bimbi Jr Soccer cancela una clase por cualquier motivo (personal, administrativo, climático o imprevisto), la sesión cancelada se reprogramará el próximo día escolar disponible según lo permita Bambini Preschool.

• Si una clase cancelada no puede reprogramarse dentro del mismo ciclo mensual, se acreditará y se transferirá al mes siguiente.

• Bimbi Jr Soccer se reserva el derecho de implementar una pausa administrativa con un aviso razonable. Cualquier sesión afectada será reprogramada o acreditada. Ninguna sesión pagada se perderá debido a una cancelación iniciada por el entrenador o una pausa administrativa.

• No se emitirán reembolsos a menos que Bimbi Jr Soccer no pueda proporcionar las sesiones programadas restantes y no pueda ofrecer una opción razonable de reprogramación o crédito.
