The Help for Healthcare Professionals Catalyst Program is a 12-week unpaid internship structured as a practicum experience for college students and recent graduates ages 18 and older pursuing healthcare careers.

Every participant builds competency across core domains including organizational operations, community health, data literacy, professional communications, ethics and compliance, and leadership regardless of their specific career interest.

Participants complete 8 to 12 hours of work per week in a primarily virtual environment and leave with industry-recognized certifications, a professional portfolio, and documented practicum hours.
