  • 2027 Community Impact Mini Grant Application

    The United Way of Bartow County Community Impact Grant is a competitive, one-time funding opportunity for nonprofit organizations serving residents of Bartow County. This grant supports programs that demonstrate measurable outcomes and meaningful impact in our community.

    • This application is for agencies requesting $2500 or less from United Way of Bartow County.
    • No paper applications will be accepted
    • Agencies may not apply for both mini-grant and Community Impact Grant funding. You must designate one or the other. 
    • New applicants are required to attend a Grant Information Session to ensure eligibility and understanding of the grant process

    Application Timeline

    Application Opens: April 1, 2026

    Application Deadline: July 31, 2026

    Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.

    Programs must align with at least one of the following focus areas:

    • Community Resiliency
    • Financial Stability
    • Educational Opportunity
    • Healthy Community

    Eligibility Requirements

    Organizations must:

    • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
    • Serve residents of Bartow County, GA
    • Align programming with one or more United Way focus areas
    • Demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes and community impact
    • Attend a Grant Information Session if applying for the first time
