2027 Community Impact Mini Grant Application

The United Way of Bartow County Community Impact Grant is a competitive, one-time funding opportunity for nonprofit organizations serving residents of Bartow County. This grant supports programs that demonstrate measurable outcomes and meaningful impact in our community.
- This application is for agencies requesting $2500 or less from United Way of Bartow County.
- No paper applications will be accepted
- Agencies may not apply for both mini-grant and Community Impact Grant funding. You must designate one or the other.
- New applicants are required to attend a Grant Information Session to ensure eligibility and understanding of the grant process

- Financial Stability
- Educational Opportunity
- Healthy Community
Eligibility Requirements

Organizations must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Serve residents of Bartow County, GA
- Align programming with one or more United Way focus areas
- Demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes and community impact
- Attend a Grant Information Session if applying for the first time
