    Please read the introductory information below before beginning your proposal.
  • This form is for  multiweek courses or events only. 
    Separate forms are available for one-time presentations or events. 

    Multiweek courses are offered in person at Adath Israel (ADI), at UC Victory Pkwy Campus (VPC), on Zoom, or at another location that you arrange. Hybrid (taught in person at VPC and projected via Zoom) is available for some courses.

    If you have NOT previously presented a multiweek course for OLLI, you must complete the Gateways to Success orientation at UC Victory Parkway Campus on Thursday, June 18, 1-3:30 pm, before your class will be considered.  Attendance does not guarantee acceptance of your proposal. Alternatives are available for those with scheduling conflicts or planning to teach on Zoom from a remote location.

    Multiweek courses are offered once per week for up to eight weeks at Adath Israel (ADI), UC Victory Pkwy Campus (VPC) or on Zoom at the times listed below. 

    VPC in-person & Zoom:

    Mondays: 9:30-10:45 am; 11 am-12:15 pm; 2:15-3:30 pm

    Tuesdays: 9:30-10:45 am;  11 am-12:15 pm;  12:45-2 pm; 2:15-3:30 pm

    Wednesdays: 12:45-2 pm; 2:15-3:30 pm

    Thursdays: 9:30-10:45 am; 11 am-12:15 pm; 2:15-3:30 pm

    Fridays: 9:30-10:45 am; 11 am-12:15 pm 

    ADI:

    Tuesdays: 9:30-10:45 am; 11 am-12:15 pm;  2:15-3:30 pm

    Thursdays: 9:30-10:45 am;  11 am-12:15 pm;  12:45-2 pm, 2:15-3:30 pm

    Upon submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you entered on the form. The confirmation is a record of your submission. After proposals are reviewed and scheduled in June you will receive notification regarding acceptance and scheduling of your proposal.
