Montana Avenue Art Walk 2026, Vendor Application
Saturday, October 3rd from 11 AM to 6 PM, featuring 100–150 local artists, live music, a wine garden, and interactive, family-friendly activities. The event will take place along Montana Avenue from 7th to 17th Street, which will be closed to traffic and transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-only street fair.
Artist Participation Fee is $475
This year's participation fee reflects the continued growth of the event and increased investments in marketing, public relations, event production, entertainment, security, permitting, sanitation, and overall event operations. As Montana Avenue celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Route 66, our goal is to create a high-quality, curated event that attracts engaged shoppers and art lovers while providing artists with an exceptional opportunity to showcase and sell their work.

Booth Approval & Refund Policy | All vendor applications are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the Montana Avenue Art Walk and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Montana Avenue Art Walk reserves the right to decline or cancel any vendor application that does not meet these requirements. In the event an application is not approved, any deposit paid will be refunded promptly.Once a vendor is approved and payment is confirmed, all booth purchases are final and non-refundable. Vendor fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in the event that the event is cancelled.
