Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions
Royalty Crossing Auto Showcase – May 17, 2026
By applying to participate as a food truck vendor at the Royalty Crossing Auto Showcase (the “Event”), all applicants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Approval
All food truck vendors are subject to approval by Event organizers.
Vendors must provide a detailed menu with their application.
To support and complement existing on-site food hall tenants, vendors must not offer menu items that directly compete or conflict with those tenants. The Event is intended to enhance, not compete with, existing offerings.
Event organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke participation at their sole discretion.
2. Licensing & Permits
Vendors must possess all valid and current licenses required to operate a mobile food business in the applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to:Business license
Mobile food vendor permit
Fire safety permits (if applicable)
Copies of all permits and licenses must be submitted prior to the Event date and be available for inspection onsite.
3. Food Safety Requirements
Vendors must comply with all local public health regulations and food safety standards.
At minimum, vendors must:Maintain proper food handling, storage, and temperature control practices
Ensure all staff handling food are properly trained and certified where required
Provide handwashing stations and sanitation supplies as mandated
Vendors are subject to inspection by public health authorities and/or Event organizers at any time.
4. Insurance Requirements
Vendors must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence (or higher if required by local regulation).
Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the Event.
The policy must name the following as Additional Insured for the duration of the Event (May 17, 2026):Killam REIT
All subsidiary and affiliated partners of Killam REIT
Insurance coverage must remain valid for the full duration of the Event, including setup and teardown periods.
5. Operational Requirements
Vendors must arrive, set up, and be ready to operate within the designated times provided by Event organizers.
Vendors are responsible for their own:Equipment
Power requirements (unless otherwise specified)
Waste disposal (must leave the area clean and free of debris)
Generators, if used, must comply with local noise and safety regulations.
6. Compliance & Conduct
Vendors must comply with all Event rules, local bylaws, and safety regulations.
Professional conduct is expected at all times.
Failure to comply with any requirements may result in removal from the Event without refund or compensation.
7. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by their operations.
Event organizers and associated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application and participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
