  • TIER 1—SPACE UTILIZATION
    • 1.5 hour reserved time slot
    • Base Rate: $125 (up to 6 guests)
    • Additional Guests: $10 per person beyond 6
    TIER 2—HOSTED EXPERIENCE
    • 1.5 hour reserved time slot
    • Includes one non-alcoholic beverage per guest
    • Light snack service included
    • Base Rate: $150 + $10 per person
  • Optional Add-Ons:

  • Additional add-ons may increase the total event price and will be confirmed prior to the event.
  • PAYMENT TERMS

  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the date. Remaining balance is due the day of the event.
    Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit.
  • SPACE USE & EXPECTATIONS

    • The space is reserved for the agreed time slot only.
    • Groups must conclude within the scheduled time unless extended and approved.
    • Guests are expected to respect the bookstore environment and other patrons.
  • LIABILITY

  • Participants attend at their own risk. The organizer agrees to release and hold harmless Moss & Midnight Bookstore from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • AGREEMENT

  • By signing below, the organizer agrees to the pricing structure, payment terms, and space expectations described above.

Moss & Midnight will review your submission and send an email confirming availability, along with payment instructions. Your booking is considered approved and officially reserved only after the required deposit has been paid. Until payment is received, the requested date and time remain unconfirmed and may be offered to other parties.
