Biometrics capture registration
The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Washington D.C. is facilitating new passports applicants get their biometrics capture services at a designated place much closer to their home states in addition to The Embassy in Washington D.C. We take this opportunity to encourage applicants in Michigan and surrounding areas who have applied for their new e-Passport and/or ID and have been approved by the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration or NIDA, to register by filling and submitting this form in order to have their biometrics captured.
