* Your dog's food portioned out in plastic bags for each meal unless they’re staying over 4 days. If 5+ days you can bring their food container or bag.

* Slow Feeder bowls if your dog uses them.

* Medications with directions neatly written or typed out (please list below)

If you opt to bring anything else: beds, blankets, toys, they MUST BE LABELED with your dogs name & your last name. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
