DEFENT Wholesale Terms & Conditions
• Orders – Minimum of 20 units order, and all orders must be placed.
• Pricing – All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Listings – You may use product descriptions and copy found in our brand guidelines. After order confirmation, you will receive access to the guidelines. For questions, email us at support@defent.com.
• Images – All DEFENT images, logos, photography, trademarks, and creative assets are DEFENT’s exclusive property. No license is implied by selling our products. You may request usage by emailing us at support@defent.com. We reserve the right to revoke the use of these assets at any time, at our discretion.
• Shipping – All orders are shipped via Ground, and delivery is expected within 10 business days from the date of processing. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
• Delivery – We aim for fast shipping, but expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days of your order date.
• FOB – Destination.
• Cancellation – We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, misalignment with DEFENT’s brand image, non-payment, or a breach of these terms. Cancellation is at our sole discretion.
• Payment Terms – Credit card payments will be processed in full at the time of order.
• Claims – Inspect all deliveries for shortages or damage. DEFENT is not responsible for carrier delays but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. For concealed damage, contact support@defent.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items where possible.
• No Returns Policy – For the safety and protection of our customers, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures that all products are brand new, unused, and hygienically safe.
• Agreement & Acknowledgment – By checking the box below, you confirm that you have carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, enforceable at DEFENT’s sole discretion. If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
