A new addition this year, the WNY Maple Festival, Inc. is proud to host the Franklinville Farmer's Market. The market will be held every Saturday from 10am-2pm May thru September. This market aims to attract residents and visitors in Franklinville and surrounding areas.

Franklinville is 15 miles from Ellicottville and is a tourist destination attracting visitors for hunting, fishing, and camping. Area campgrounds include Triple R Resort, The Woods at Bear Creek, Shamrock Pines, Camp Emerald Acres.

Location: Park Square Historic District- In GPS Use Park Square Franklinville, NY 14737 for GPS.

Event Date/Time: Every Saturday during the months of May thru September from 10am-2pm.

Licenses, Permits, & Certificates

Our market requires copies of the following documents to be submitted with an application.
1. 20-C kitchen licences for thoes preapring foods at a certified facility
2. Dept of Health Permits for on-site food preparation
3. Home processor's exemption for those preapring approved foods at a home kitchen
4. Water test results for any home kitchen not using municipal water

Release Statement:

By submitting this application, I agree to consider this a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth for the Franklinvlle Farmer's Market operated by WNY Maple Festival, INC.

I also understand and agree to the following:
1. My booth will be properly attended for each market day I register for (Saturday 10am-2pm).
2. Property damage to the Village of Franklinville, or WNY Maple Festival, INC will incur a minimum $200 fine.
3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Village of Franklinville, and the sponsoring and operating organization, WNY Maple Festival, INC, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.
4. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the vendor's display or caused by the vendor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.
5. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.
6. I verify that all information I have provided is about my farm and products for sale is accurate or true.
7. No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved.
8. If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the festival audience by any member of the committee, I may be asked to cease all sales immediately.
9. WNY Maple Festival INC, Village of Franklinville and all members are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in the Franklinville Farmer's Market.
10. I am responsible for collecting NYS sales tax.
11. My booth area will be kept clean and safe.
12. No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affect the market in any way. This is a rain or shine event.
13. The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
14. Your application will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice to submit payment. Your space is not reserved until payment in full is received.
