Air Show Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM ~ May 17, 2026
1. FACILITY REGULATIONS – You must call the Airport Manager at Kirk Field prior to May 15th to schedule your arrival to the airshow. Saturday arrivals are encouraged. We will arrange for shuttle services to your hotel and the Loose Caboose Festival (Saturday). 870-239-7505
2. SCORE SHEETS – Score sheets will not be given out or shown after the show. Judges will answer questions exhibitors may have, but inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
3. SETUP: Setup must be completed by 10:00 AM. Spaces will be marked off and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, there will be NO vehicular movement during the hours of 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
4. DISPLAY GUIDELINES – NO loud music is allowed from the exhibitor’s display. Any display with objectionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show. The Show reserves the right to determine what is considered objectionable. “Promotional” items within the display area are not allowed. No trailers or tents are allowed in the air show exhibit area. Lawn chairs are encouraged.
5. INFORMATION SHEETS – Although not required, it is recommended that an information sheet be provided that lists all modifications made on aircraft.
6. SALES – No items, of any kind, shall be sold or distributed.
7. END OF SHOW – The Kirk Field Airport Manager will manage the departure schedule of all aircrafts. We expect aircrafts to begin departure at approximately 5:00pm.
8. DISQUALIFICATION/REMOVAL – Any exhibitor who fails to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal instructions from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal from the event. This also includes unsportsmanlike behavior, excessive profanity, disorderly conduct or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff.
9. RESPONSIBILITY – Neither the Show, nor judges will be responsible for damage, injuries, accidents, stolen or misplaced goods. Insurance is aircraft owner’s responsibility. Public liability and property damage insurance must adequately cover all aircrafts. No refunds will be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the organizers have no control and the risk of loss as such, shall be borne by the exhibitor.
By signing the registration form, exhibitor hereby requests permission to display his/her vehicle as listed on the form and acknowledges he/she has read and understands the attached Exhibitor Rules & Regulations. Further, the organizers reserves the right to approve or deny any registration received. Exhibitor acknowledges that the Show is subject to various weather conditions and state and federal safety regulations. No refunds will be given for any reason and there will be no rain date. Exhibits must remain open until all trophies have been awarded.
